What is the curation fee?
The curation fee reserves your planning time and allows us to begin building a custom travel experience for you. It may be applied toward your final trip balance when applicable and becomes non-refundable once planning has begun.
How do I complete my trip booking?
A secure booking link will be provided after your consultation and proposal review. Payment methods and options will be discussed during the finalization process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. W Travel Haus does not store your card information.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. We'll explain the terms before booking and always recommend travel protection for added peace of mind.
Do you charge a service fee?
Some trips may include a curation or planning fee depending on the level of customization. In many cases, advisor compensation is built into supplier commissions, meaning there may be no additional planning fee beyond your trip cost.
Is a credit card authorization required?
Yes. A credit card authorization form is required to process card payments for travel bookings. This ensures secure handling of your payment details and allows us to coordinate directly with our travel partners on your behalf.
